On a trip to the depths of the equatorial Amazon, I had no access to coffee. So every morning, I made myself a hot chocolate. It was my little morning ritual. Boil some rainwater, add some chocolate from my big block of 100% chocolate, add some spices and drink my nectar in the hammock near the banana and cocoa trees. The hammock and the landscape are not included with this product, but if you close your eyes while drinking it, you can easily get there!
With only one ingredient, this hot chocolate is powerfully simple, but does not lose the complexity of the taste of cocoa from Guatemala. With a light roast, you can discover a fruity and rather tangy taste. The bitterness is present but light.
With no added sugar, this product is perfect for people who cannot consume refined sugar.
